The Toolkit is suitable for individuals aged 18 years and over. By purchasing, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and are in a safe, stable environment to explore the material.

If you are pregnant, on medication, or have health concerns, please seek professional guidance before using any suggested practices. 5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Toolkit, including text, graphics, and design, is the intellectual property of Alena Winter Natural Health. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Toolkit for your own educational purposes only. Copying, sharing, reselling, or distributing any part of the Toolkit without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Payment and Access

Payment is processed securely via Kajabi using Stripe or PayPal. Price includes GST (15%) for NZ residents. Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the digital file(s).

7. Refund Policy

Because this is an instant-access digital product, all sales are final and non-refundable. 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from your use of the Toolkit. You assume full responsibility for your participation in any practices described.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used only for purchase fulfilment and customer support. We respect your privacy and comply with all applicable data-protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes must first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
